• Therapy can help if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just wanting to better understand yourself and you’re looking for safe, supportive truthfulness. Therapy is a space to move beyond just getting by and begin to thrive. We’re not meant to do life alone, and healing often happens in safe, supportive relationships. If you’re curious, try signing up for a free 15 minute consult where I can answer any questions/concerns you have.

  • Made To Thrive Wellness is located in Gilbert, just west of Val Vista on Baseline, in the America’s Health Suits Building.

  • Do you take insurance?

I do not work directly with insurance providers, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Since coverage varies, I recommend you check with your provider about out-of-network benefits and how to submit a superbill for reimbursement.

  • Reach out through our contact form or schedule a free consult call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Made To Thrive Wellness does not provide crisis services.

For 24/7 crisis support, you can call, text, and chat with the non-emergency 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Trained crisis counselors can help people experiencing suicidal, substance-related, and/or mental health crises, or any other emotional distress. You can also dial 988 if you’re worried about a loved one who may need support.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency please dial 911.

  • The first session is a little different from ongoing sessions. I’ll be getting to know your background, hearing your story, and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’m also looking to get a better idea of how I can best support you. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

We’ll also review any questions you have, along with basics like confidentiality and logistics. Most importantly, it’s a chance to see if this feels like a comfortable and supportive fit for you.

  • There is a $5 per transaction processing fee for using a credit card to make a payment. To avoid this fee you may use Zelle, cash, check, or money order.

  • Yes. In addition to in-person sessions, I offer secure, convenient telehealth sessions so you can attend therapy from the comfort of your own space. This can be a flexible option if you have a busy schedule, transportation challenges, or simply prefer meeting remotely.

  • We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this by contacting me directly or using your client portal. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.

We understand that life happens—kids get sick, cars break down, and emergencies happen —so we’ll do our best to work with you within reason.

  • A regular therapy session lasts 50 minutes. Extended therapy sessions are available upon request.

The number of therapy sessions a person “needs” is case specific, based on many factors, and something we will discover together. I want see you for as long as it takes for you to feel like you’re thriving instead of just surviving. For some clients this is only a few visits. For other clients this is regularly for an extended time.

  • Yes! Part of thriving is feeling comfortable and supported in therapy, and finding the right fit matters. If thriving for you looks like seeing another therapist who you feel might be a better match, then that’s what I want for you. I’m happy to help make that transition as smooth as possible.

  • Yes. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available to help make therapy more accessible. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk through options together.
